Delete your KAMPUJA account

You can ask us to delete your KAMPUJA account and the information held with it.

How to request deletion

Contact KAMPUJA support and ask for your account to be deleted. We will check that the account is yours before anything is removed — this protects your account from being deleted by someone else.

What to include

  • The phone number registered to your KAMPUJA account
  • Whether it is a customer account or a KAMPUJA for Business account
  • Confirmation that you want the account deleted

Please do not send your password. We will never ask you for it.

What happens next

We will confirm we have received your request, verify that the account is yours, and then process the deletion. Deleting your account ends your access to it, including any KAMPUJA Points and cashback balance held on it.
