This policy explains what information KAMPUJA handles, why, and the choices you have. It covers the KAMPUJA app for customers and KAMPUJA for Business for merchants.
Information we handle
We handle the following, depending on how you use KAMPUJA:
Account information
Your name, phone number and account identifiers, used to create your KAMPUJA account, sign you in, keep the account working and support you.
Photos and images you provide
Images are handled when you choose a feature that uses them, such as a profile picture or submitting an eligible receipt for rewards.
Search and app activity
Searches you make and the things you interact with in the app, used to provide search, business discovery and rewards, and to understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
Device information
Device identifiers and basic device details, used to run the app reliably, sign you in securely and deliver notifications.
Purchase and reward activity
Information about eligible purchases, KAMPUJA Points, cashback and related reward activity, used to provide KAMPUJA rewards and show you your activity.
Where relevant, this information may be linked to your KAMPUJA account.
How we use it
We use the information above to run KAMPUJA: to create and secure your account, to show participating businesses and their offers, to calculate and apply KAMPUJA Points and merchant rewards, to answer your support requests, and to keep the service working properly.
We do not use your information for cross-company advertising tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.
Participating businesses
Participating businesses are independent businesses. When you earn a reward with one of them, information about that eligible transaction and reward is handled so the reward can be applied to your account.
Service providers
KAMPUJA uses trusted service providers to support functions such as authentication, notifications, hosting, storage, analytics and general app operation — including Firebase services provided by Google. These providers handle information only as needed to provide their services to KAMPUJA.
We may also share information where we are required to by law.
Keeping information
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide KAMPUJA and your account, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, see Account deletion.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No service can promise perfect security, so please keep your account details to yourself and contact us if you think something is wrong with your account.
Children
KAMPUJA is not intended for or directed at children. We do not aim the service at children and do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that a child has created a KAMPUJA account, we will remove the account and the information held with it.
If you believe a child has given us information, please contact support.

You can contact us about the information on your account, ask a question about this policy, or ask us to delete your account.
