Terms of Service

These terms apply to the KAMPUJA app for customers and to KAMPUJA for Business for merchants. By using KAMPUJA, you agree to them.

1. Using KAMPUJA

KAMPUJA is a customer rewards and loyalty platform for participating merchants in Cambodia, together with business tools for those merchants. You may use it for its intended purpose, in line with these terms and applicable law.

2. Your account

You create a KAMPUJA account using your phone number. Please keep your account secure and give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity on your account.

KAMPUJA is not intended for or directed at children.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Account deletion.

3. KAMPUJA Points

KAMPUJA Points are loyalty reward points. You can earn them through eligible activities and purchases, according to the KAMPUJA reward rules that apply at the time.

Points are not money, currency, a bank balance or an investment. Not every activity or purchase earns Points, and what is eligible can change.

4. Merchant cashback and rewards

KAMPUJA Cashback is a closed-loop loyalty reward provided through participating merchants. It is used within the KAMPUJA rewards ecosystem according to the applicable merchant reward rules.

It is not a cash withdrawal service and is not withdrawable to a bank account. Whether cashback is available, how it is earned and how it can be used may depend on the merchant reward program that applies.

5. Rewards, offers and eligibility

Rewards and offers vary. In particular:

• Reward availability may vary between businesses and over time
• Cashback rates and offers may vary
• Eligibility for a reward may vary
• Which businesses take part may change
• How rewards can be redeemed or used may depend on the applicable reward or program terms

Not every merchant supports every KAMPUJA reward feature.

6. Participating businesses

Participating businesses are independent businesses that use or take part in KAMPUJA. Business information, products, menus, offers and availability are provided by or associated with those businesses, and the goods and services you buy come from them.

7. KAMPUJA for Business

Merchants using KAMPUJA for Business are responsible for the accuracy of the business, product and offer information they publish, and for honouring the rewards and offers they choose to make available to customers.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

Some KAMPUJA business features or digital services may be offered through purchases or subscriptions. Where a purchase is made through Apple's App Store, billing and subscription management are handled through your Apple account and are subject to the applicable App Store purchase terms.

Purchases you make in person from a participating business are transactions with that business, not App Store purchases.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse KAMPUJA. That includes submitting false or altered receipts, attempting to obtain rewards you are not entitled to, interfering with the service, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts used this way.

10. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue parts of KAMPUJA, and we may update these terms. When we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We aim to keep the service available, but it may be unavailable at times.
